Hayloft Cottage - Sleeps 2

Hayloft, a first floor apartment, sleeps 2. This really is a stunning apartment, formerly a Hayloft, now remodelled and renovated to a very high standard and will be available to rent from 01/07/2023. The apartment is 800 sq ft, open plan, with designer kitchen with recessed ceiling and L.E.D Lighting, breakfast bar and built in SMEG appliances and American style fridge freezer.\
Large lounge, with full size french doors opening onto the juliet balcony providing uninterupted views over the internal coutyard and beyond. Large Bedroom with king size bed. Ensuite, with double walk in shower, slipper bath and under floor heating. 60-inch smart TV, NETFLIX, and Free Sat. Free WI-FI and Parking. Quality Bed Linen, Towels, Tea and coffee, etc, and for a touch of luxury, we've included complimentary Temple Spa toiletries.
The apartment overlooks the central Mediterranean-style courtyard and common areas with an abundance of scrubs and seasonal flowers. The central feature of the courtyard is a 200-year-old Olive tree set in a raised circular flower bed.

Minimum booking of 2 nights. We have a 12 month licence and therefore we are able to offer longer stays of one month plus, further details and pricing on request.
Bookings made more than 28 days before arrival, a deposit of 10% is payable and the balance being due 6 weeks before arrival. For bookings made less than 28 days before arrival, the full amount should be paid on booking. Once confirmation of booking has been issued, the hirer is responsible for the total advertised price of the property. In the event of cancellation, every effort will be made to re-let the cottage and the hirer will then only forfeit the deposit. If the cottage is not re-let, the balance will be required. We reserve the right to offer an alternative cottage should it be necessary.
