The House was built circa 1776 and is located within the cliff-top coastal village of Sewerby, Bridlington.
This is a beautiful home in a prime location, luxuriously appointed, set in private landscaped gardens, and just a short walk to the clifftop, beach, and local amenities.

Dining kitchen, measuring 480sq ft, and designed with the family in mind. Farmhouse-style electric range cooker, two ovens, separate grill, and induction hob. Full-size built-in fridge freezer and washing machine. Belfast sink, twin breakfast bars, dining table for 8 with garden and sea views. Wall-mounted smart TV in the dining area.
French windows open onto the patio and gardens. Underfloor heating.

First Floor
2 double bedrooms both with excellent sea views, 1 Twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms with showers, one of which has a walk-in double shower and slipper bath. The en-suite access is provided to bedrooms 3 and 2 by interconnecting jack and Jill doors. This has been designed with the family in mind, especially families with younger children. The mirror has a built-in Wi-Fi speaker, so don’t forget to tune in... All bedrooms are equipped with double or triple wardrobes, a chest of drawers, or a dressing table. All bathrooms have underfloor heating.
Second Floor
Master Bedroom suite with feature king post trusses, double bed, with walk-through dressing area to en-suite bathroom with feature slipper bath and underfloor heating, built-in oak wardrobes and drawers. Uninterrupted sea views across Bridlington Bay from the bedroom and en-suite.
Outdoor
The gardens are large and private benefitting from direct sea views, with well-stocked flower beds and feature box hedging around the perimeters, complemented by external mood lighting making this a wonderful place to relax with family and friends.
Private parking on a gated driveway. The driveway and Gardens feature dusk-to-dawn lighting. Outdoor furniture is provided. Hot Tub, and feature outdoor fireplace (logs included) & BBQ.. Several patio areas with furniture and Adirondack fire side chairs.
PLEASE NOTE: The price of £249 per night is for 2 people sharing one bedroom, thereafter it's only £60 per additional person per night. Check out our discounted nightly and weekly rates for November 2023 and January and February 2024.

Guest Access
Sewerby is Bridlington's premier coastal village. The emphasis is on quality, Soft Furnishings, Bed Linen, Bathrooms, Kitchen, and appliances are of the highest quality. The hot tub is a commercial hot tub and is emptied and cleaned between each stay.

Within the village, there's Sewerby Hall, Gardens, clock tower tea rooms and Zoo with resident Penguins. Winter Woodland, Friday 8th December to Friday 22nd December, a magical event for all the family.

Model Village and direct access to the Pebble Beach, with rock pools, great for Fossil hunting.
Cliff Top walk to Bridlington approximately 2 miles.
The Ship Inn is an award-winning pub and restaurant, serving real ales and a good selection of wine, with Carvery and Charluccios, serving freshly prepared pizzas cooked in wood-fired ovens. The beer garden with spectacular sea views and live music every Sunday throughout the summer.
Blu Savannah, a Clifftop coffee shop, serving freshly prepared snacks and specialist ice creams, uninterrupted sea views, a great place to sit and relax with a coffee whilst watching the world go by. The Old Forge Inn, bar, and restaurant serve good quality homemade food to order. Outside seating to take advantage of the glorious sea views. Martonian bar and restaurant with Sky Sports, serving a selection of real ales, Carvery serves consistently good food, excellent value for money.
Bondville Model Village, the teeny tiny world, hidden behind trees on the Sewerby cliffs, is a magical little kingdom just waiting to be explored. A unique family attraction.
Bridlington's Historic Harbour 2 Miles, offering boat and fishing trips. Bridlington is the largest shellfish port in Europe, renowned for its Crabs and lobsters. Bridlington Leisure, a new £20m facility with a swimming pool and gym. Bridlington Spa is a Dance Hall, Theatre, and Cinema, hosting many famous acts throughout the season.
Bridlington Old Town has one of the most complete Georgian High Streets in England and was recently featured in the film, Dad's Army, within The Old Town you’ll find a good selection of bars, restaurants, real ale pubs, Antique shops, and resident Artists.
Danes Dyke, 1 Mile, is famous for its fossils and secluded beach.
The Fishing Village of Flamborough is (2 Miles) famous for its Fire Festival on New Year’s Eve. This is a wonderful and unique event for the entire family, admission is by Ticket only, so book early. Torch Light Procession through the village, Fire Balls, Music, Ragnar’s encampment & mead Hall, Fancy dress Viking Costume Competition, and a Fireworks Spectacular. Within the Village, there are several pubs and restaurants, a butcher, a Pharmacy, tea rooms, and 2 fish and chip shops.
South Landing, Lighthouse, cafe, cliff top walks. look out for the seals and Dolphins.
North Landing, restaurant, café bar, access to beach and caves. For larger groups, we can offer additional accommodation at Grange Farm Holiday Cottages Sewerby.
Bempton Cliffs and RSPB Bird Sanctuary (2.5 Miles) is one of the UK’s top wildlife spectacles. Around half a million seabirds gather here annually, from Puffins to a recent visit by Albie, the Black Browed Albatross.
Further afield the resorts of Filey, Scarborough, and Whitby are only a short drive away. York is 1hr by car. This is a must, famous as the walled city built by the Romans, and occupied eight centuries later by the Vikings. Famous for its Cathedral and photogenic Medieval streets, with overhanging half-timbered houses, Castles, Art Galleries, Restaurants, Markets, and street performers.
