Bay View House, built circa 1776 is located within the cliff-top coastal village of Sewerby, Bridlington. A beautiful home in a prime location, luxuriously appointed, set in private landscaped gardens and just a short walk to the clifftop and the beach.

Direct sea views from all principal rooms and gardens. Hot-Tub and gated private parking for 2 cars with the addition of an EV charging point.

The house is quintessentially English and unrivalled in terms of quality and location.

The Space

Bay View House is one of Yorkshire's premier coastal retreats. The house was built circa 1776 and has been sympathetically restored to an extremely high standard making this a stunning holiday home for family and friends. Sea views from all principal rooms and gardens. Large private gardens, outdoor fireplace, barbecue, and hot tub.

Kitchen Diner

Dining kitchen, measuring 480sq ft and designed with the family in mind. Farmhouse style electric range cooker, two ovens, separate grill, and induction hob. Full-size built-in fridge freezer and washing machine. Belfast sink, twin breakfast bars, dining table for 8 with garden and sea views. Wall-mounted smart TV to the dining area.

First Floor

2 double bedrooms both with excellent sea views, 1 Twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms with showers, one of which has a walk-in double shower and slipper bath. The ensuite access is provided to bedrooms 3 and 2 by interconnecting jack and Jill doors. This has been designed with the family in mind, especially families with younger children. The mirror has a built-in Wi-Fi speaker, so don’t forget to tune in... All bedrooms are equipped with double or triple wardrobes, a chest of drawers, or a dressing table. All bathrooms have underfloor heating.

Second Floor

Master Bedroom suite with feature king post trusses, double bed, with walk-through dressing area to ensuite bathroom with feature slipper bath and underfloor heating, built-in oak wardrobes and drawers. Uninterrupted sea views across Bridlington Bay from the bedroom and ensuite.

Outdoor

The gardens are large and private benefitting from direct sea views, with well stocked flower beds and feature box hedging around the perimeters, complemented by external mood lighting making this a wonderful place to relax with family and friends.

Private parking on gated driveway with EV Charging Point. The driveway and gardens feature dusk to dawn lighting. Outdoor furniture is provided. Hot Tub and feature outdoor fireplace (logs provided) to keep the chilly evenings at bay, built-in BBQ, and outdoor power socket.

Tariff for 2022

The price of £249 per night is for 2 people sharing one room, thereafter it's only £30 per additional person per night. Contact us for our discounted weekly rates for 7 nights.

The Old Forge Inn, bar and restaurant serves good quality homemade food to order. Outside there is seating with sea views. Take-away options are available.

Blu Savannah, a Clifftop coffee shop and specialist ice creams a great place to sit and relax with a coffee whilst watching the world go by.
